We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it.
Exceptions/Items without return
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (food, flowers or plants), personalized products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-day reflection period of the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, whatever the reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund in the original form of payment within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
